Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of petitioners with the following prayers: "(a) Direct the learned JMFC, Tis Hazari Court to register the FIR in connection with the complaint case bearing Ct. Case 699/2024.
(b) Direct the Central Bureau of Investigation to investigate the complaint case bearing Ct. Case 699/2024. (c) Appoint any officer of Higher Rank to investigate the complaint case bearing Ct. Case 699/2024."
