The Petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to the Respondent No.3 not to interfere in the peaceful life of the Petitioner No.1 and the Petitioner No.2 who are majors and have got married on 29.11.2023. A Marriage Certificate dated 29.11.2023 has also been filed by the Petitioners with the present petition.

It is stated by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondents No.1 to 3 that there is an FIR bearing No.878/2023, registered at Police Station Dabri for offences punishable under Section 363 IPC which has been lodged at the instance of the mother of the Petitioner No.1 and that the Police is only calling the Petitioners to give their statement. 3.

The Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are present in Court today. They are directed to appear before the SHO, Police Station Dabri at 10:00 AM W.P.(CRL) 2801/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
