The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a) to hold the respondent guilty of contempt of this Hon'ble Court and may further be pleased to punish the respondent as provided under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for wilful disobedience of the order dated 26.05.2025, passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (Civil) no.6957/2025 titled as Pushant Chillar vs. GNCTD & Ors.;

b) pass such order/ orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition.
