% 25.01.2016 Counsel for plaintiff submits that the matter should be transferred to New Delhi District as the principle office of the defendant is situated at INA, New Delhi. Perusal of the record shows that the project, which is the subject matter of the dispute, was executed in Rohini and DDA is also has one office at Rohini as mentioned in Memo of Parties. Hence, the request of the counsel of plaintiff is rejected.

In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts. The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (North-West), Rohini Courts, Delhi on 11th April, 2016 for further directions.

Registry is directed to send the complete record to the Ld.

District Judge (North-West), Rohini Courts, Delhi before the next date of hearing.

The date of 15.03.2016 fixed before the Hon'ble Court, stands cancelled.
