It is informed that in the first paragraph of the order dated 02.12.2024, the year of FIR has been inadvertently written as '2014' instead of '2024'. 3.

Since the error is inadvertent and clerical in nature, the same is corrected and the first paragraph of the order dated 02.12.2024 shall now be read as under:- "..1. By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in the proceedings emanating from FIR No.0186/2024 registered under Sections 376(2)(n)/313/506 IPC at P.S. Laxmi Nagar, Delhi..."

Accordingly, the order dated 02.12.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
