The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the th respondent nos. 1 to 4, to supply a copy of the Show Cause Notice dated 18 June, 2025 and to grant appropriate opportunity to the petitioners to reply to the said Show Cause Notice.

There is further prayer that no coercive action be taken against the property of the petitioner, i.e., No. BG-7/138, First and Second Floor, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063, before granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

issue of unauthorized construction on the third floor of the subject property. It is submitted that while taking action against the third floor of the property in question, action is also sought to be taken against the property of the petitioner, i.e., first and second floor of the aforesaid property. 4.
However, it is submitted that the petitioners have not been supplied with any Show Cause Notice and action is sought to be taken against them. 5.
Per contra, learned counsel appearing for the respondents-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), submits that in the other writ petition being W.P. (C) 7986/2025 filed on behalf of the petitioners, a Status Report has already been filed by the MCD. He submits that Annexure-C of the said Status Report contains the said Show Cause Notice dated 18th June, 2025.

He further submits that pursuant to the aforesaid writ petition, filed on behalf of the petitioners, property in question has been inspected. It is submitted that there are deviations and unauthorized construction on the third floor of the property, against which requisite action has already been initiated.

He further submits that upon inspection, excess coverage and deviations were also found on the first and second floor of the property in question owned by the petitioners. Thus, it is submitted that requisite action is sought to be taken by the MCD, against the property of the petitioner, as well.

He submits that the Show Cause Notice dated 18th June, 2025, has already been supplied by the MCD, however, he has no objection to supply another copy to the petitioners.

Considering the submission made before this Court, it is directed that th June, 2025 bearing No. 42/UC/Bcopy of the Show Cause Notice dated 18 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
1/KPZ/2025, shall be duly supplied to learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on the E-mail, which is reflected in today's order. 10.
Upon supplying the Show Cause Notice dated 18th June, 2025, opportunity of filing a reply and requisite documents shall be granted to the petitioners herein. Upon the petitioners filing the reply, a hearing shall be granted to the petitioner.

After grant of hearing to the petitioners and considering the reply filed by the petitioners, requisite action in accordance with law, and after following the due procedure, shall be taken by the MCD. 12.
Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present matter.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition, along with the pending applications, stand disposed of.
