The present petition inter-alia, seeks that the respondent authorities be directed to refund to the petitioner the un-utilized and unused court fee, amounting to Rs.41,384/- (Rupees Forty One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Four Only).

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents (Office of Collector of Stamps, Delhi Cantt.) submits that the requisite refund voucher in favour of the petitioner has been prepared. A copy of the same has been handed over during the course of hearing. The same is as under: "F. No. 4(102)/COS/DC/Refund/51/2024-25/3952-53 Dated: 19.08.2025 To Sh. Jai Prakash Aggarwal S/o Sh.
