The present petition filed by the petitioner assails a communication dated 14.05.2025, addressed by the respondent no. 2, Director of Enforcement Directorate, for the purpose of putting a debit freeze on bank account of the petitioner bearing account no.50200106735778. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice submits, on instructions, that the respondent no.2 is in the process of sending an intimation to the concerned bank, withdrawing the instructions to put a debit freeze on the said bank account of the petitioner. 3.

Let the requisite steps in this regard be taken within a period of three week from today.

The above redresses the grievance of the petitioner. 5.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
