By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the learned Family Court, North West District, Rohini Court, New Delhi for expeditious disposal of GP No.62/2025, titled as 'Varun Batta v. Mitika Batta & Ors.' filed under the Guardianship and Wards Act, 1890 for the custody of his two minor daughters, amongst other ancillary reliefs. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has canvased his arguments, and it follows therefrom that the main angst of the petitioner is that the respondents have taken away the minor daughters with them and have not allowed to the petitioner and/ or his 83 year old mother to meet them for nearly one year as on date, i.e. since August, 2024. 3.

Considering the nature of the proceedings involved, especially since custody is sought for two minor children aged 11 and 4, the learned Family Court, North West District, Rohini Court, New Delhi is, subject to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the pendency before him, requested to expedite the hearing in GP No.62/2025 and make all efforts to dispose of the same as early as possible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that de hors the aforesaid, he shall be moving an appropriate application for seeking visitation rights to meet the minor daughters before the learned Family Court, North West District, Rohini Court, New Delhi within a period of one week. Considering that the petitioner has not met his minor daughters since August 2024, the learned Family Court is requested to consider the said application, as and when filed, on merits and law as expeditiously as possible, and dispose of the same within a maximum period of four weeks. 5.

Accordingly, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, stands disposed of.
