The present Petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking to challenge the Order dated 23.05.2025 passed by the learned District Judge-07, Central, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"]. By the Impugned Order, the Application filed by the Petitioner/Defendant No. 1 under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC has been disposed of.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that his only grievance is with respect to the non-impleading of the landlord-owner as a party in the present proceedings and not on the finding given by the learned Trial Court on the Application under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC. 3.

After some arguments, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law, for redressal of his grievance qua non-impleading of landlord-owner.
