The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent nos. 1 to 5, to take appropriate action against the illegal and unauthorized construction raised by respondent no. 6 at property bearing Flat No. 300, Mandakini Enclave, Alaknanda, New Delhi-110019. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 3, i.e., Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that the property in question was inspected and no on-going construction was found in the said property. construction in the property in question is found, requisite action shall be taken after following the due procedure, and in accordance with law. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for Special Task Force ("STF") on advance notice submits that a complaint was received from the petitioner with regard to the property in question which has been duly forwarded to the MCD for taking the requisite action.

Accordingly, it is directed that requisite action, if required, shall be taken by the MCD after following the due procedure and in accordance with law.

The action taken by the MCD shall be duly uploaded on the website of the STF.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved by any non-action on the part of the MCD, the petitioner is granted liberty to seek remedies, in accordance with law.

Likewise, if respondent no. 6 is aggrieved by any action of the MCD, the respondent no. 6 is at liberty to seek his remedies in accordance with law.
8.
With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
