% 16.04.2026 CRL.M.A. 6055/2026 (for early hearing) By way of this application, the petitioner seeks early hearing of the captioned petition. For the reasons stated, the application is allowed, and petition is taken up for hearing.

By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 152/2025 dated 06.03.2025, registered at Police Station Govind Puri, Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

petitioner, upon instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner in the pending criminal proceedings.

The petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, and the same shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law.
