The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- "a) Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari / Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the Provisional Attachment Order No. 07/2025 dated 27.03.2025 and the subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom qua the Petitioner; and b) Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari/ Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the impugned SCN dated 05.05.2025, and;

c) Pass any other and further order (s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of the justice." Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the said order has been affirmed by the Adjudicating Authority on 09.09.2025. 3.

Though, the order passed by the Adjudicating Authority was subject to further directions to be passed by the Court in the instant petition, however, looking at the nature of the adjudication which has taken place, the Court finds that the petitioner will have to challenge the said order in a statutory appeal, if it so desires.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
