This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 21 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "i. Initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 09.05.2025 and CM APPL. 39960/2025 (for modification of the order dated 09.05.2025) on 10.07.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) 6214/2025. ii. Pass an order/direction directing the respondents/contemnors to implement the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 09.05.2025 and CM APPL. 39960/2025 (for modification of the order dated 09.05.2025) on 10.07.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) 6214/2025.

iii. Pass any other order in the interest of justice." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner points out that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

vide order dated 09.05.2025 in W.P.(C ) 6214/2025, the following directions were passed: - "5. Having regard to this position, the petitioners are directed to file a comprehensive representation within two weeks from today, which may be considered by respondent No. 1 in coordination with the Rajya Sabha Secretariat and Lok Sabha Secretariat, within a period of eight weeks thereafter."

Subsequently, the aforesaid order was modified vide order dated 10.07.2025 wherein it was observed that the writ petition may be treated as comprehensive representation by observing as under: - "3. Mr. Abhay Kumar Bhargava, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that all the documents in possession of the petitioners were filed with the original writ petition, and the writ petition itself may be treated as a comprehensive representation. He submits that a similar course was adopted in another writ petition by other similarly placed employees of respondent No. 1 in Rakesh Kumar & Ors. v. Sansad Tv & Ors. [W.P.(C) 8732/2025, decided on 01.07.2025]"

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the period of 8 weeks may be computed from the order dated 09.05.2025 as there is no time period specified in the order dated 10.07.2025. 6.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent on advance notice submits that the period of 8 weeks should be computed from 10.07.2025, when the order for writ petition being treated as a comprehensive representation was passed. It is further submitted that the present petition thereof is pre-mature.

In the considered opinion of this Court, since the writ petition was considered to be a comprehensive representation vide order dated 10.07.2025, the 8 weeks period will be computed from 10.07.2025. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy after the expiry of 8 weeks from 10.07.2025.
