The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges have already been framed in the present case. He submits that, inadvertently, the order on charge has not been challenged in the present petition.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file afresh challenging the order on charge.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
