The present Petition has been instituted under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, impugning the Arbitral Award dated 21.03.2023.

None appears on behalf of the Petitioner, even on the second call.

It is noted that on earlier dates, i.e., 10.09.2025 and 19.01.2026, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition. 5.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.
