The present Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking to quash the Complaint and Summoning Order dated 03.10.2023 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, NI Act, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Complaint Case No. 3650/2022.

It is submitted that the learned Metropolitan Magistrate has failed to appreciate the master data of the respondent No. 2- Company correctly while summoning the petitioners.

The prayers sought by way of present petition can be sought by the petitioners by way of revision before the learned Additional Sessions Judge. 4.

The present petition along with pending applications is hereby disposed of.
