The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to :- a. Allow the Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of The Constitution of India Read with Section 482 of The Code of Criminal ' Procedure, 1973, for issuing the Writ of Certiorary thereby quashing and setting aside order dated 06.12.2022 passed by Sh. Gagandeep Singh, Ld. Addl. Session Judge/Special Judge '(NDPS) , North District. Metropolitan Magistrate-02 . (Mahila Court), North District. Rohini Courts, Delhi vide Criminal Miscleneous application dated 27.10.2020 in the Criminal Case No. 5679/2018 titled "Akhil Gupta & Ors." c . Allow the Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India Read with Section 482 , 439(2) of The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for issuing the Writ of Mandamus thereby cancel the bail granted to the Respondent no. 2-5 for extending life-threats to the prosecution witness pertains to sub-judice Criminal Case no.

5679/2018 pending before the Ho'ble Court of Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court-02), North District . Rohini Delhi. vide Criminal Case no. 5679/2018.

Petitioner, who appears in person, without prejudice to his rights and contentions seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 5.
