Rohini Courts, Delhi vide Criminal Miscleneous application dated 27.10.2020 in the Criminal Case No. 5679/2018 titled "Akhil Gupta & Ors." c . Allow the Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India Read with Section 482 , 439(2) of The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for issuing the Writ of Mandamus thereby cancel the bail granted to the Respondent no. 2-5 for extending life-threats to the prosecution witness pertains to sub-judice Criminal Case no.

5679/2018 pending before the Ho'ble Court of Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court-02), North District . Rohini Delhi. vide Criminal Case no. 5679/2018.
