Priyanka Agarwal; HMA case no.5861661/2016, titled Priyanka Agarwal Vs. Sandeep Aggarwal; and Contempt Petition 1/2017, titled Priyanka Agarwal Vs. Sandeep Aggrawal, all pending in the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

Both sides have been heard.

The petitioner is an ordinary resident of A-301, Meghdoot Apartments, Plot-19, Sector-7, Dwarka, Delhi, which falls within the territorial jurisdiction of South-West District, Dwarka, Delhi.

Thus, the petition is allowed.

The aforementioned cases are withdrawn from the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and TR.P.(C.) 39/2018

transferred to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, South-West District, Dwarka, Delhi for further proceedings in accordance with the law. The transferor court shall make over the files to the transferee court fixing an appropriate date for the parties to appear there. The petition is disposed of in above terms.
