This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS for discharging the applicants/accused in Criminal Case No. 44326/2016 pending before learned Mahila Court-01, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel submits that respondent no.2 has filed a complaint case under Section 138 NI Act against Bear bull Global Commodities. He states that no notice was served to the applicants but later on by way of amended memo of parties, the names of the applicants have been shown as authorized representatives of Bear bull Global Commodities and the trial court has since issued process under Section 82 Cr.P.C against them. 3.

After part submissions, Mr. Somnath Bhattacharya, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take resort to appropriate remedy.
