These petitions are filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A

(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a period of eight months.

Disputes having arisen between the parties relating to different Contracts placed on the Petitioner by the Respondent, Petitioner filed petitions under Section 11(6) of 1996 Act in this Court being ARB.P.589/2022, ARB. P. 599/2022 and ARB. P. 603/2022, which were allowed by a common order dated 27.03.2023, appointing a Sole Arbitrator. Mandate of the Arbitrator has expired on 16.07.2025 and the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of final arguments. 3.

Issue notice.

Ms. Saloni Mahajan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent in all three petitions and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitrator. 5.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the Arbitrator is extended by a period of nine months from 22.08.2025 and period between 17.07.2025 to 21.08.2025 is regularized in all the three arbitral proceedings. 6.

Petitions are allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
