% 27.04.2018 IA No.17283/2018 Vide order dated 21.02.2018 the Writ Petition was allowed with a direction that the petitioner would act as per the directions contained in the Pradeep Kumar judgment. The FDR was directed to be filed by 06.03.2018 but there is delay of 23 days in filing the FDR. The reasons thereof have been explained in the application. The learned CGSC for UOI has no objection if the prayer made in the application is allowed.

Accordingly, the application stands allowed and delay stands condoned.
