This appeal has been listed today, as 25.11.2025 was declared a holiday vide Notification No. 35/G-4/Genl.-I/DHC dated 24.11.2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are present, and submit that the disputes stand settled in mediation. A Settlement Agreement dated 10.11.2025 has been placed on record, which is duly signed by the parties, their respective counsel, and the learned Mediator. 3.

It is further submitted that the parties undertake to remain bound by the terms and conditions set out in the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, and they seek disposal of the appeal on the basis thereof. 4.

In view of the aforesaid settlement, the appeal, alongwith pending applications, stands disposed of.
