This petition is filed on behalf of the Decree Holder under Section 36 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 read with Order XXI Rule 11(2) and Section 151 of CPC, 1908 for enforcement and execution of the Arbitral Award dated 17.12.2013.

Learned counsel for the Decree Holder hands over a copy of the letter dated 16.04.2025 addressed to the Registrar (Original Side) of the High Court of Calcutta, indicating that the entire amount of Rs. 3,35,32,000/- has been deposited by way of Bank Guarantee bearing No. 250127IBGF00016 dated 11.04.2025, valid upto 10.04.2026. Copy of the said communication is taken on record.

In light of this, learned counsel for the Decree Holder submits that petition be disposed of, to which learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor has no objection.

Accordingly, this petition along with pending application is disposed of, taking on record the communication, which indicates that the entire OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 209/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. amount of Rs. 3,35,32,000/- has been deposited by way of aforementioned Bank Guarantee in terms of the order dated 25.03.2025 before the High Court of Calcutta.
