This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking interim relief. 2.
By a detailed order dated 12.09.2024, Respondents were restrained from making any reference to the Petitioner in any communication entered into with any third party for any purpose whatsoever. Interim order continues till date.

Learned counsels for the parties jointly submit that the efforts to amicably settle their disputes have failed. It is, however, pointed out that vide order dated 27.02.2025 in a petition filed under Section 9 of the 1996 Act by the Respondents herein being OMP (I) (COMM) 70/2025, a Coordinate Bench of this Court had appointed Ms. Anusuya Salwan, Advocate as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes. Order dated 27.02.2025 is taken on record.

In light of this, parties are ad idem that this petition be treated as an application under Section 17 of the 1996 Act to be decided by the learned Arbitrator.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of along with pending application requesting the Sole Arbitrator to treat this petition as an application under Section 17 of the 1996 Act. Interim order dated 12.09.2024 shall continue to operate. It is for the learned Arbitrator to continue/vary/modify the order in accordance with law. 6.
Registry will transmit the digital record of this petition to the learned Arbitrator.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
