This is a petition seeking substitution of the Arbitrator and thereafter extending the mandate of the new Arbitral Tribunal. 5.
It is stated that the Sole Arbitrator, Mr. Meena has already taken a view on a related issue in favour of the respondent. 6.
Ms. Kaul, learned counsel for the respondent appears on advance notice and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 7.

(Mob: 9650411919) is appointed as the new Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties and shall commence the arbitral proceedings from the stage where it was left by the previous Arbitrator. 8.
The fee of the Sole Arbitrator is fixed at Rs. 1.5 lakh per hearing for a maximum of 5 hearings and both the parties assure that they will not take more than 2 hearing each to conclude their arguments and 1 hearing for any clarification.

The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is also extended by a period of 1 year from today.

The period from 19.08.2023 stands regularized. 11.
The petition is disposed of.
