Learned counel for the petitioners states that the present probate petition has been filed with respect to the registered Will dated 28th June, 2016 executed by late Smt. Indira Devi.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the immovable property bearing No. I-568, situated at J.J. Colony, Shakur Pur, Delhi - 110034 along with the movable assets of the Testatrix is below Rs.2 crores. He therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 3.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved.
