% 07.03.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith as the petitioners reserve their right to institute independent proceedings to pursue appropriate remedy in law in terms of will dated 03.02.2017 left behind by Suraj Bhan s/o Chunni Lal at the time of death. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioners may pursue the remedies as aforesaid as may be available to them under the law.
