% 21.01.2019 Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.678 of 2017 under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Burari.

Petitioner was granted interim protection on 06.03.2018 subject to joining investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that post investigation, the police has already filed a final closure report and as such there is no apprehension of arrest and he seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
