% 20.02.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 07th October, 2016 passed in W.P (C) No.9351/2016, whereby the respondents were directed to decide the petitioner's representation dated 29th August, 2016 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite the aforesaid order, the respondents have not decided the petitioner's representation till date.

Keeping in view the aforesaid contention, present contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's representation within a period of twelve weeks. With the aforesaid direction, present contempt petition is disposed of.
