The petitioner is invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Court inter alia seeking directions for respondent/DDA to call upon respondent No. 2, which is a private entity, to allow the petitioner to transport the Soil/Good Earth from the DDA Plot located in Sector 22, Community Centre, Rohini, New Delhi.
