The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No. 959/2014 under Sections 420/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) registered at P.S. Tilak Nagar and all proceedings arising therefrom, be quashed.

FIR No. 959/2014 under Sections 420/468/471/34 of the IPC registered at P.S. Tilak Nagar and all proceedings arising therefrom stand quashed by the order passed by this Court today in W.P.(CRL.) 33/2018. 3.

Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and he states that he has no grievance or claims against the petitioner.

Since the FIR in question and all proceedings arising therefrom have already been quashed, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

Respondent no.2 shall sign this order as an acknowledgement of his statement recorded herein.
