O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 84/2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that to the knowledge of the petitioner, the respondents have not challenged the arbitral award. As the time period prescribed under Section 34(3) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for challenging the award has also expired, he prays for leave to withdraw the present petition to file a proper enforcement petition under Section 36 of the Act in the Court of competent jurisdiction.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
