This suit, transferred in accordance with the Office Order dated 24th November, 2015 of Hon‟ble the Chief Justice in exercise of powers under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 to the District & Sessions Judge, South West District, Dwarka Courts, has been returned back for the reason of that Court not having territorial jurisdiction. 2.

None appears for the plaintiff.

The counsel for the defendant states that Delhi Cantt, where the office of the defendant no.2 Army Environmental Park & Training Area is situated, falls in New Delhi District.

The suit is accordingly transferred to the District Judge, New Delhi, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
