1. Pursuant to the last order, learned counsel for the respondents has handed over a communication dated 23.09.2024 and submits that taking into account the problems highlighted by the petitioner, the respondents are agreeable to post him to Hoshiarpur in January, 2025. The said communication is taken on record.

2. This suggestion made by the respondents is acceptable to the petitioner, who submits that his grievances will stand satisfied, if he is posted to Hoshiarpur in January, 2025.

3. In the light of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to post the petitioner to Hoshiarpur w.e.f. 01.01.2025.
