The present petition is filed seeking police protection from the alleged threat from Respondent No.2 to 5. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Respondent No.2 to 5 have been sitting outside the petitioner's house and are protesting.

She submits that Respondent No.2 to 5 appears to have some grievance against the petitioner. However, the same does not entitle them to give any threats to the petitioner. 4.

She submits that the petitioner's wife is pregnant and would be in need of medical help from time to time. 5.

She submits that, from the banners, which Respondent No.2 to 5 are holding, it is apparent that there is a threat to life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of Respondent No.2 to 5.

received and the immediate action was taken and the persons who were sitting in front of the petitioner's house were removed. 7.

He submits that the mobile number of the concerned Beat Officer would be provided to the petitioner's counsel and the petitioner would be at liberty to call the Beat Officer as and when he apprehends any threat to his life and liberty. 8.

He submits that as and when any such call is received, an appropriate action would be taken forthwith without any delay. 9.

Considering the aforesaid, this Court does not consider it to apposite pass any further order at this stage. 10.

Needless to say, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Court in case any grievance remains in future. 11.
