% 11.09.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take steps in accordance with law. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioners are aged persons and therefore may be permitted to appear through counsel except on dates where are presence is necessary and ordered by the Court.
