It is informed by both sides that in furtherance of last order, petitioner no.1 and 3 duly surrendered but petitioner no.2 did not. 2.

After part arguments, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions assures that petitioner no.2 would surrender within one week. Learned counsel for respondent/State submits that subject to petitioner no.2 surrendering within one week, her application for premature release shall be considered and decided in accordance with policy of 2004 by the next SRB. 3.

As regards petitioner no.3, who has already surrendered, learned counsel for State assures that his case shall be put up afresh before the next SRB.

As regards petitioner no.1, he has to file fresh petition(s) challenging the rejection order in terms with last order. 5.
