The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:

"i) Initiate Contempt of Court proceedings against the respondents/ contemnor for wilfully and deliberately disobeying the direction vide order dated 15.03.2023 in writ petition (C) No.14502/2022 case titled as "Habeebur Rahman V/s Municipal Corporation of Delhi & Ors" passed by this Hon'ble Court and punish the Contemnors accordance with law or: ii) Pass further order (s) to demolish the entire said suit property i.e. H.No.63-B, nearby Chandi Dhobi, Mohalla Kumhar Wala, Okhla village, New Delhi-110025, which is totally illegal and unauthorized;

iii) Pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
