Though the contemnor is prima facie guilty of having breached the orders passed by this Court, taking into account that this is a matrimonial matter and today subject to the appellant arranging for the air tickets for their travel to Delhi and return thereafter as also making arrangements for their boarding and lodging at Delhi to enable the husband/ appellant in MAT.APP.(F.C.) 370/2023 to meet his daughter, she undertakes to fly to Delhi with her daughter on 16.12.2024 and return back on 17.12.2024, we are of the view that no further action is called for in the contempt petition. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, besides emailing the air tickets to the respondent at rumpas0807@gmail.com, the copies thereof will also be filed before this Court in the MAT.APP.(F.C.) 370/2023 so as to avoid any ambiguity in this regard on a subsequent date. Consequently while disposing off the contempt petitioner, we direct that it will be open for the husband to meet his daughter for three hours at the same venue where he will be making arrangements for her stay with that of the respondent.

Needless to state, the respondent will, however, remain bound by her assurance given to us today.
