O R D E R

% 24.01.2018 Ex.Appl.(OS) No.301/2013 Learned counsel for the applicant states that the present application has become infructuous. Consequently, the same stands disposed of as having become infructuous.

Ex.Appl.(OS) No.1090/2014 Learned counsel for the applicant does not wish to press the present application. Consequently, the same is dismissed as not pressed.

EX.P. No.122/2013 Learned counsel for the decree holder states that the present execution petition has become infructuous as the remaining two reliefs for quashing of FIR and mutual divorce cannot be granted by this Executing Court. However, learned counsel for the decree holder states that the decree holder is ready and willing to abide by

the joint compromise decree dated 10th March, 2006 as well as the order dated 05th November, 2014 passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the judgment debtor states that the decree in question is a joint compromise decree and the judgment debtor shall file independent proceedings.

The statements made by both the counsel are accepted by this Court and the parties are held bound by the same. Accordingly, the present execution petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
