This is a petition seeking enforcement of the order dated 27.07.2022, wherein a sum of Rs. 5,87,500/- is due and payable to the decree-holder. 2.

It is stated by Ms. Chandra, learned counsel for the judgment-debtor that pursuant to the order dated 24.04.2024 passed in W.P. (C) 12520/2021, the judgment-debtor has been directed to clear the outstanding amount. 3.

A sum of Rs. 2,20,000/- has already been paid in W.P. (C) 12520/2021. The balance amount of Rs. 3,67,500/- has been handed over in court today by a Demand Draft No. 538006 dated 04.05.2024 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank.

With the said payment, the execution stands satisfied. 5.

In case the amounts are not paid, the decree-holder is at liberty to revive the petition and the judgment-debtor will be at liberty to oppose on the maintainability of the petition.
