Present public interest litigation has been filed primarily seeking issuance of directions to the Respondent No. 2 to dispose of various complaints/representations including complaint dated 14th April, 2023 with regard to inter alia, inoperability of equipment at open Gym of A-block Park Dilshad Garden, non-supply of water and electricity at a public toilet in Dilshad Garden, removal of BSES feeder causing interference in movement of public at Dilshad Garden as well as online complaint dated 19th January, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that despite repeated letters including complaint dated 14th April, 2023 to Deputy Commissioner North, the Petitioner has not received any response from the Respondents till date. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, North to decide the Petitioner's complaint/representation dated 14th April, 2023 in accordance with law within four weeks. This Court clarifies that it has not commented on the merits of the matter. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
