Respondent nos. 2 and 3 has filed a short affidavit indicating the administrative contingency due to which disposal of the appeal may not be conducted before three months from today. 2.
Ms. Chopra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statutory appeal was filed way back in the year 2020, and yet even after passage of four years, the appeal stands as it is and without even having been heard even once.
