The present appeal has been preferred against the order dated 29.07.2024 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial-02) West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, while deciding the application under Order IX Rule 13 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 2.

During the pendency of the present appeal, the parties have entered into a settlement with the help of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 18.03.2026, which is part of the record.

The learned counsel representing the parties pray for disposal of the present appeal in terms of the said settlement. 4.

In view of the prayer so made, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement which shall form part of the decree. Pending application also stands disposed of.
