Learned counsels for the parties submit that that the parties have been able to arrive at an amicable settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 04.05.2026 before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, a copy of which is also placed on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, the first party/respondent No.1 has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.13,00,000/- to the second party/appellants towards full and final settlement.

Learned counsel for the appellants also submits that the entire amount in terms of the Settlement Agreement has already been received by the appellants and nothing more is required to be paid. 4.

The Settlement Agreement is taken on record and the parties are made bound by the same.

Insofar as the refund of Court Fee is concerned, the parties shall be at liberty to request to the concerned Trial Court. 6.
