% 03.04.2024 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has got instructions to withdraw the present petition as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties vide settlement agreement dated 20.02.2024. Learned counsel for the respondent has also submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

In view of the submissions made, the petition along with the pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn.

The parties are held bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement.
