% 28.07.2025 Mr. Shubham Yadav, learned counsel who has joined the proceedings via video-conferencing on behalf of the petitioners submits, that the parties have settled the matter amicably; and the possession of the subject premises has been surrendered to the respondent.

Mr. Gurpreet Singh Sachdeva, learned counsel appearing for the respondent confirms the submission made.

Mr. Sachdeva submits that they are not claiming any arrears of rent or use and occupation charges.

In view thereof, Mr. Yadav seeks leave to withdraw the present revision petition.

The revision petition is accordingly disposed-of as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
