Mr. Gurpreet Singh Sachdeva, learned counsel appearing for the respondent confirms the submission made.
Mr. Sachdeva submits that they are not claiming any arrears of rent or use and occupation charges.
In view thereof, Mr. Yadav seeks leave to withdraw the present revision petition.
