In the facts and circumstances civil suit no.110/2020 titled as Jagjit Kaur vs. Harsharan Bhullar is withdrawn from the court of learned District Judge, West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and transferred to this Court.

Transferor Court is directed to send the entire record to the Transferee Court.

Copy of this order be sent to the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Courts and to learned Registrar General of this Court.

The parties are directed to appear before the learned Registrar General on 17.03.2025."
