The present petition has been filed on account of alleged noncompliance of orders passed by the Additional District Magistrate. In this regard, Petitioner has filed an application dated 05th August, 2023 (Annexure P-5) to clear the maintenance dues payable to the Petitioner, however, the said application has not been taken up for hearing. In view of the above, the limited grievance of Petitioner is to seek a direction to Respondent No. 1 to take up the aforenoted application and pass appropriate orders.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the application dated 05th August, 2023 is pending, the same be taken up expeditiously and dealt with by Respondent No. 1, in accordance with law.
